Air Purifier: Concept to Lab
Pioneered the research and guided the creation of Daikin Malaysia’s first testing facility for the award-winning air purifiers. From research, test method analysis & development, equipment procurement, and facility requirements, critical guidance were provided for its successful implementation.
Aircond: Testing Excellence
Led testing for the award-winning Daikin Revo Surround Cassette. Ensured compliance with stringent performance and reliability standards through collaborations with R&D teams, contributing to the successful market launch of this premium product.
Payments: Brand to Payout
Created StoreHub Pay’s sub-brand and design system from nothing, then designed both portals it runs on. Live since April 2026, its monthly GMV had grown 7x across 49 transacting merchants by early August.
AI Tooling: Prompt to Prototype
Built the tool that turns a plain-English prompt into an on-brand, clickable prototype, 80% or better first pass against its own 24 brand rules. It drew the first five screens of Unit of Measure, the seed of a 27-screen prototype.

Built the plugin that turns a plain-English prompt into an on-brand prototype, 80% or better first pass against its own 24 brand rules.
Built the pipeline that extracts a legacy React codebase into three-layer design tokens, bound as Figma variables and a live Storybook, so one primitive change reaches every component using it.
Owned Unit of Measurement end to end as product manager and designer, from scoping through go-to-market; now in general release. The design spans many screens, but the product calls led.

Designed the GrabFood order flow that collapsed two counter devices into one, now live across 73% or more of Malaysia’s integrated merchants.
Designed goods receiving end to end, from purchase orders and goods received notes to stock transfers and their receipts, ending the silent inventory and cost drift behind 61 recurring issues across 57 accounts. Retained the recurring revenue those accounts had put at risk.
Designed the unhappy paths into receiving from the start: partial deliveries, supplier discrepancies and reversible variances, so a mismatch is recorded and disputed instead of silently absorbed.
